APPOINTMENT

  • You can book an appointment online by clicking Book Appointment, or you can give us a call at ???????

  • For your treatment, we will provide spa clothing to ensure access to your neck and shoulders. To make changing easier, we recommend wearing a top and pants instead of a romper or jumpsuit.

  • We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This allows ample time for check-in and ensures your service can start on time. Please note, if you arrive late, we won’t be able to extend your session, as services must begin and end as scheduled.

  • Absolutely! All the ingredients we use in our Head Spa are natural and organic, making them safe for pregnant clients. However, if you’re concerned about specific oils or treatments, please consult your doctor beforehand and let us know. Note that clients will need to lie flat during the service, so if this is uncomfortable, we recommend waiting until after delivery.

  • Yes! We can accommodate up to 16 guests at the same time. To ensure availability, we highly recommend booking appointments in advance.

  • Our products are safe for all hair types, including treated hair. However, if you’ve recently had chemical treatments, like keratin or coloring, the detoxification process may cause some fading. To minimize this, we suggest waiting at least seven days after a chemical treatment before scheduling your Head Spa.

  • To cancel a service, you can log into your account on our website, use our mobile app, or contact the spa directly by phone. Kindly provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations will incur a 50% charge of the service fee to compensate our team for missed work.

  • If you miss your appointment or arrive more than 15 minutes late, the service will be canceled, and the full price will be charged to the credit card on file. To fully enjoy your experience and receive the benefits of the treatment, please arrive on time or a little early.

  • If you’re feeling unwell before your appointment, we kindly ask that you stay home for the safety of our staff and other clients. Should you feel unwell during your treatment, please notify your therapist immediately.

GIFT CARD

  • Absolutely! We accept gift cards for all services and products at Lois Head Spa. Gift card terms and conditions apply. For more information, please visit the Gift Cards section on our website.

MEMBERSHIP

  • Membership credits will roll over and remain active as long as your membership is active. If you cancel your membership, you’ll have three months to use any remaining credits before they expire. Please note, refunds are not available for unused credits.

  • Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to three months per year. For additional details, please refer to our Terms of Service or contact us directly.

  • You can cancel your membership at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice. Cancellations can be done in person or via email to the location where your membership was purchased. All contact details are available on our website under the “Contact Us” page.

POLICY

  • To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that all cell phones be turned off or set to silent mode when you check in. While you’re welcome to bring your phone, we encourage you to focus on relaxing and enjoying your spa experience.

  • Membership cards and benefits cannot be used alongside other discounts or promotions.

  • Yes, all services and prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Lois Head Spa reserves the right to deny service to anyone at its discretion.

  • All sales for services and gift cards are final. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

  • If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. Unfortunately, we cannot address issues reported after 48 hours.
