At Lois Head Spa in Prosper, TX, every appointment is thoughtfully reserved to create an exclusive and personalized luxury experience. As a boutique spa with limited availability, your time is valuable, and so is ours. To maintain the highest standards of service, we kindly ask that all guests review and honor the following policies.
To secure your appointment, a valid card on file and a $50 non-refundable deposit are required for every service. The deposit will be applied toward your scheduled treatment, and the remaining balance will be paid at the spa on the day of your appointment. This ensures your spot is exclusively reserved for you.
We understand that schedules may change. However, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or no-shows will be charged the full service amount. These fees are non-refundable, as the time was specifically held for you.
To respect the experience of all our guests, late arrivals may result in a shortened service. The full service fee will still apply, even if the session time is reduced.

To keep our services accessible and high-quality, we limit guests to one promotional offer or discount per appointment. First-time specials, membership rates, gift card promotions, and seasonal Scalp Drop offers cannot be combined.
Our introductory rates (The Cleanse at $99 and The Calm at $155) are exclusive to first-time guests on their initial visit. These rates cannot be combined with any other promotions, gift cards, or membership discounts.
As a boutique spa with limited spots, deposits help us guarantee that your appointment is exclusively reserved. They also protect our team's time and preparation for your service.
No. All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the service booked.
If you cancel 24 hours or more in advance, only the deposit is forfeited. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, you will be charged the full service amount.
No-shows are charged the full service price, as your spot was reserved and could not be offered to another client.
If you arrive up to 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened, but you will still be charged the full service amount. If you arrive so late that the service cannot be performed, it will be treated as a no-show.
We understand that emergencies happen. At management's discretion, exceptions may be made for documented medical emergencies or severe weather conditions.
